Mediation

Complementing his extensive practice in litigation, Mark possesses a wealth of experience in all forms of dispute resolution, including mediation throughout Australia and in Singapore.

Mark’s mediation practice has seen him appear as both counsel and as mediator. He is an accredited mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System (NMAS), a mediator approved by the NSW Bar Association and an accredited mediator with the Supreme and District Courts of New South Wales. He is also a panel arbitrator and mediator of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

Mark is a member of AUSBIMA (Australian Barristers International Mediation Association), a group of highly experienced Australian barristers offering commercial mediation services in international disputes.
