Mark has been acclaimed as one of Australia’s leading Senior Counsel in the areas of major construction, engineering and infrastructure litigation and international arbitration. He also has extensive experience in a wide range of complex commercial and equity cases at trial and on appeal in State and Federal Courts throughout Australia. Mark is the Chair of the International Committee of the Australian Bar Association.
